Silverado Brewing Company's brewer is Ken Mee, a 4th generation Napa Valley native. He turned his love of beer into a new career. Ken started home brewing fine beers in 1978. At Silverado Brewing, he is working hard to bring his fans the very best of the brewers art. Ken is a member of the Association of Brewers & American Brewers Guild. When asked the question, "What is your favorite beer to make?" He replied, "The next one!"
