He works closely with the Executive Winemaking team to create the tasting menus, that take diners on a wide-ranging tour of his talents and culinary repertoire. Situated on some of wine country's most picturesque grounds, this Napa Valley restaurant is an elegant respite. The outdoor patio boasts a view of the sweeping hillside and beautiful gardens while the tastefully appointed, glass enclosed dining room sets a more sophisticated stage.
