The Sandman offers a combination of comfort, convenience, and economy only available in an accommodation originally constructed in the mid-1970s, before the Sonoma County Wine Country became a major destination for vacations and weekend excursions. Remodeled in 2002, the  136 well-appointed rooms feature cherry wood furniture, top-of-the-line mattresses, 27-inch  television, and a desk with desk chair. King-deluxe  rooms have a leather, twin-size sofa bed. Non-smoking rooms  are available. A private, landscaped area surrounds a new oversized swimming pool and spa.
